Overview
Moving Gravity Forms between sites by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. A new domain, a duplicated site or data merged from several sources all mean carrying over forms, entries, files and settings. GravityMigrate handles that transfer through an export and import process, so the pieces stay together and you avoid rebuilding them manually.
The plugin has a clear interface that does not require coding. You choose which data types to export and which to import, so a migration can cover everything or only what the new site needs. It also handles nested forms, workflows, Views, feed configurations and other add-on data, which helps keep forms working the same way on both sites.
Features
- Forms and entries transfer: Export and import Gravity Forms forms and their entries between WordPress sites, so submitted data and form structure arrive together on the destination site.
- Uploaded files included: Files uploaded through your forms can be migrated along with the entries that reference them, which keeps entry records complete on the new site.
- Views and feed configurations: Migrate GravityView Views and feed configurations alongside your form data, so the displays and connected feeds you built do not need to be set up again.
- Nested forms and workflows: Handles more advanced Gravity Forms elements, including nested forms and workflows, so the relationships and logic behind your forms move with them.
- Selective data migration: Pick specific data types to export and import. This suits targeted moves, such as bringing over only settings or only forms, instead of copying everything.
- Add-on data and settings: Settings and data from other Gravity Forms add-ons can be part of the migration, which helps the new site match the configuration of the original.
- No technical skills needed: A step-by-step interface guides the migration, so site owners can run an export and import without writing code or editing the database.
- Multisite use: Works for moving data between subsites or separate WordPress installations, which helps when you manage several Gravity Forms sites.
Best for

Changelog
Version 2.2.0 — 22 October 2026
- Improved Clearer messages when a migration's progress can't be followed or its requests are redirected, explaining what was detected, the likely causes, and what to do next.
- Fixed When a single sign-on service or a firewall redirected the site's background requests (admin-ajax.php), starting, cancelling, or loading a migration showed only "Failed to fetch", and a failed Cancel reloaded the page without explanation.
- Fixed While a background migration's progress could not be followed, the migration screen pointed to a Background Jobs page that is hidden unless turned on, blamed WP-Cron even when it was running, said the migration was still working when it could not tell, and did not show paused migrations as paused.
- Fixed When moving forms between plugins, forms whose request got no answer were marked "Could not be added" even though they may have been added (they are now marked "Not confirmed").
- Fixed On WordPress 6.9 and 7.0, AI assistants calling a GravityMigrate ability without input, such as "list bundles", got an error.
- Fixed When WordPress was set to a language other than English, the entry date range picker showed its buttons and labels, such as "Today" and "Clear date range", in English.
- Improved Foundation to version 1.38.0.
