It connects your Gravity Forms to the Zapier automation platform, which reaches over 6,000 third-party web apps. Lead details, signups and other submissions can move into the services your team already uses, such as CRM systems, email marketing software, project management tools and data analysis services.

The add-on works in two directions. Gravity Forms can act as a Zapier Trigger, so a submitted form starts a workflow elsewhere. It can also act as a Zapier Action, so an event in another app creates a new entry in Gravity Forms. You configure the Zaps from the Zapier dashboard, and the add-on works with both new and existing forms on your WordPress site.
