Overview
Collecting leads in a form is one task, and getting those contacts into an email platform is another. Doing it by hand means exporting entries and re-entering data. This add-on connects the two. When someone submits a Gravity Forms form, their details can sync with a Mailjet contact list, with form fields matched to Mailjet contact attributes so the data lands where you expect it.
Once contacts are in Mailjet, you can segment them using their form responses and send emails that fit what they told you. Automated emails can start after a form entry is submitted. You can run several forms and several lists at the same time, which helps when different audiences need different messages. Contact lists appear from newest to oldest, so recent lists are easy to find.
Features
- Form submissions sync to Mailjet: Entries from your Gravity Forms forms can be sent to Mailjet contact lists automatically, so new leads reach your email platform without manual exports.
- Contact segmentation from form data: Organize and segment contacts based on the answers they gave in a form, so each group can receive email content that fits its interests.
- Automation after form entries: Set up automated email sequences that start when a form is submitted, so new contacts hear from you right after they sign up.
- Personalized email content: Use the data collected through your forms to write tailored emails, so messages match what each contact shared with you.
- Customizable field mapping: Match Gravity Forms fields to Mailjet contact attributes so information syncs accurately and can be used for segmentation later.
- Multiple forms and lists: Manage several Gravity Forms forms and several Mailjet contact lists at once, which suits campaigns that serve different audiences.
- Email performance tracking: Review opens, clicks and conversions for emails linked to form submissions, directly in your WordPress dashboard.
- Simple setup: Configure the add-on with little technical knowledge, and use it alongside other WordPress plugins in your marketing setup.
