Overview

Many web services have no dedicated Gravity Forms add-on, which leaves form entries stuck in WordPress. Gravity Forms Webhooks closes that gap. Each submission can be passed on automatically to a custom CRM, a marketing platform or any other service that accepts web requests. That covers user inputs, payment information and entry metadata, depending on how you set up the payload.

Setup happens in the Gravity Forms interface, so you do not need to write code. You pick the request method, choose a data format and decide which fields go out. Conditional logic limits webhooks to the submissions that matter, which keeps unneeded data from reaching your other systems. You can also attach more than one webhook to a form and feed several services from the same submission.

Features

  • Send data to any endpoint: Push form submissions to any external service or API by URL, which helps when the tool you use has no dedicated Gravity Forms add-on.
  • Five HTTP request methods: Choose GET, POST, PUT, PATCH or DELETE for each webhook, so the request matches what your target endpoint expects to receive.
  • JSON or form encoding: Pick JSON or FORM encoding for the webhook payload, which lets you match the format that the receiving system accepts.
  • Custom headers: Define your own HTTP headers for each webhook, which is useful when an external service expects specific header values with every request.
  • Selective payload fields: Send all fields, only certain form fields, entry metadata or custom values built with merge tags, so each request carries just the data you want.
  • Conditional logic triggers: Fire a webhook only when form input meets conditions you set, so irrelevant submissions do not trigger unnecessary data transfers.
  • Multiple webhooks per form: Set up more than one webhook on a single form to send the same submission to different services at the same time.
  • Code-free configuration: Create and manage webhooks through the settings screen inside Gravity Forms, without writing any code or building a custom integration.
