Gravity Forms Quiz

Many sites want to ask visitors questions and respond to the answers, whether for teaching, training checks or audience research. Gravity Forms Quiz handles this inside the forms you already build. You add quiz fields to any Gravity Forms form, set the correct answers, and the plugin scores each submission as soon as it arrives. Participants can see their outcome right away.

Scoring is flexible. You can give each answer its own weight, then set a Pass/Fail threshold or a letter grading scale that matches your criteria. Quizzes can also collect data from participants, which helps you build a mailing list and learn more about what your audience knows and prefers. Results are reviewed in the WordPress admin, so the quiz, the form and the reporting stay in one place.

Features

• Quiz fields in any form: Add quiz functionality directly to any form created with Gravity Forms, so quizzes sit inside the workflow and forms you already use on your site.
• Automatic grading: Quizzes are scored the moment a participant submits, which means answers are graded without any manual checking and people get feedback immediately.
• Weighted scoring: Assign custom scores to each answer, so some responses count for more than others and you can evaluate participants with more nuance than right or wrong.
• Pass/Fail and letter grades: Choose a Pass/Fail threshold or a letter grading system, then set the criteria that match your quiz, whether it is a knowledge exam or a training check.
• Results shown to participants: Choose to display quiz outcomes directly to the people who took the quiz, giving them clear feedback and a reason to try again.
• Instant answer feedback: Participants get immediate feedback on their answers, and answer indicator icons include alt attributes so the feedback is easier to use with assistive tools.
• Quiz results dashboard: Review average scores, grade distribution and individual response breakdowns from the WordPress admin, with results charts that handle right-to-left languages and long field labels.
• Audience data collection: Gather information from quiz participants to grow your mailing list and understand the preferences and knowledge level of the people visiting your site.
