Gravity Forms Freshbooks

Many sites collect orders, sign-ups or service requests through a form, then someone copies the details into an accounting tool. That step takes time and invites typos. This add-on moves the data for you. When a visitor submits a form, it can create the client record and the invoice in FreshBooks Classic, using the answers they gave.

It works from inside the familiar Gravity Forms settings, where you choose how form fields feed the invoice. It can also mark invoices as paid when a compatible payment feed completes, and email the invoice to the client. The FreshBooks Classic product was officially discontinued by mid-2022, so this add-on suits setups that still rely on it or people studying how form-driven invoicing was built.
