Gravity Forms Discord Add-On

Teams that collect form entries often have to check a dashboard or an inbox to see what came in. This add-on moves that step into Discord. Each Gravity Forms feed delivers a submission to a channel through an Incoming Webhook, so community managers, support staff and event coordinators see new entries in the place they already work.

You control how each message looks and when it is sent. Embed messages can include a title, description, color, footer, timestamp and mapped fields. Conditional logic limits alerts to relevant entries, and processing runs in the background so visitors are not held up after they submit. Failed deliveries are retried and tracked on each entry.

• Feed-based Discord delivery: Create a feed for a form and send each Gravity Forms submission to a Discord channel through an Incoming Webhook. Different feeds can point to different channels.
• Rich embed messages: Build embeds with a title, description, color, footer and timestamp. Map form fields into the embed and show them inline or stacked, so entries are easy to read in Discord.
• Per-feed conditional logic: Set rules on each feed so only matching submissions trigger a Discord message. This keeps channels focused on the entries that need attention.
• Bot name and avatar overrides: Change the bot username and avatar for each feed, so alerts from different forms can look distinct inside your Discord server.
• Background processing: Messages are sent asynchronously, so a slow webhook response never blocks the redirect a visitor sees after submitting the form.
• Automatic retries: Failed deliveries are retried through WP-Cron with exponential backoff. The add-on honors Discord's Retry-After value when Discord returns an HTTP 429 response.
• Delivery status and notes: Each entry records its delivery status, and every attempt adds an entry note. The entries list also has a Discord Delivery status column.
• Resend to Discord: Resend a single entry from its page, or use the Resend to Discord bulk action on the entries list to push several submissions again.
