This add-on gives your forms a dedicated Termageddon Consent field that carries auto-updating links to your Termageddon-hosted policies, so visitors always agree to the current version.

The other half of the job is record keeping. Each submission logs the consent version that was shown at the time, which gives you a dated record of what a person agreed to, beyond the fact that a box was ticked. If your policies change later, earlier consents stay attached to the version that was actually presented. You can add the field to forms you already run and configure it with your other form settings in the WordPress dashboard.
