Download Monitor Gravity Forms Lock

Free files like PDFs, whitepapers and eBooks usually go out with no information coming back. This extension changes that by placing a Gravity Form in front of the file. A visitor fills in the form, and only then gets access. Any file managed in Download Monitor can be locked behind a form you design yourself, and no coding is needed to set it up.

Form entries can be exported in CSV format, which makes it simple to move contacts into a CRM or marketing automation tool. Paired with the Email Notification extension, you can receive an alert when a form is submitted. It works with Gutenberg, Elementor and Divi, and developers can extend it for more specific workflows. Both Download Monitor Lite and PRO are required.
