Overview
Form entries are only useful if you can get them out of WordPress in a shape other people can read. GravityExport handles that job for Gravity Forms users. You choose a format (CSV, Excel or PDF), pick the entries you need, and produce a file that is ready for reports, spreadsheets or sharing with colleagues and clients.
The plugin works inside the Gravity Forms environment, so there is no separate tool to learn. You can filter entries by date, status or custom criteria, adjust the export layout to show the fields that matter, and set up recurring exports that run on a schedule. Role-based permissions let you decide which users are allowed to export data, which helps when several people manage the same site.
Features
- CSV, Excel and PDF formats: Export Gravity Forms entries as CSV, Excel or PDF files, so the same submissions can serve spreadsheets, data processing or printed and shared reports.
- Customizable export templates: Adjust the export layout to highlight the form fields and data that matter most, which keeps reports clear and easy to read.
- Advanced entry filtering: Filter entries by date, status or custom criteria before exporting, so the file contains only the data you need and nothing extra.
- Bulk export for large datasets: Export large numbers of entries in one go, which suits sites that collect a high volume of form submissions.
- Automated scheduled exports: Set up recurring exports that generate reports automatically, removing the need to repeat the same export by hand.
- Native Gravity Forms integration: The plugin works within the Gravity Forms environment, so exporting feels like a natural part of the tools you already use.
- User role permissions: Control who can export data based on user roles, helping you protect confidentiality and keep clear rules about data access.
- Spreadsheet-safe CSV values: Field values in scheduled CSV exports are handled so they are not read as formulas when the file is opened in a spreadsheet application.
Best for
- Businesses collecting many Gravity Forms submissions
- Teams that need regular, automated entry reports
- Agencies managing form data for client sites
Changelog
Version 1.18.0 — 22 October 2026
- Improved Enhanced conditional logic: Conditions on a field that stores the ID of a user, post or entry, such as a Dynamic Lookup, Populate Anything or Nested Forms field, now match the name the field shows, and only the records the visitor may see ("is" and "is not" with a number still compare the stored ID)
- Improved Condition dropdowns that search users, entries or posts now load their choices only when they are opened
- Improved "Is", "is not", "in" and "not in" conditions on a choice of a Product, Option or Shipping field found no entries
- Improved A condition on Entry Date, Date Updated or Payment Date whose value is not a date, such as a merge tag for a text field, caused a fatal error on PHP 8
- Improved Conditions using the `{get}` merge tag now find entries when the value in the page address has `&`, `+` or `%`
- Improved "Has any of", "has all of" and "has none of" conditions on a Dynamic Lookup field with "Allow multiple selections" and the enhanced user interface only worked for entries with a single selection
- Improved Several issues with "Any form field" conditions, such as "does not contain" keeping entries that had the value
- Improved Several issues with the condition builder and date pickers, including on translated sites
- Improved Several issues with condition dropdowns
- Fixed On a translated site, the condition builders for export filters and for a saved export's conditional logic showed their buttons and labels in English, such as "Add Condition"
- Fixed An error on some pages when another plugin filled merge tags without a form
- Improved Foundation updated to version 1.38.0
