BuddyBlog Pro

Community sites often want members to contribute content, but sending them into the WordPress dashboard is awkward. BuddyBlog Pro moves that work to the member profile. Users can write posts, save drafts, edit and delete their submissions, and see everything organized in tabs, all from the front end of your site.

You stay in control of what gets published. Build submission forms from the dashboard with drag-and-drop fields, no coding needed, and choose whether posts go live directly or wait for review. Role-based settings decide who can see and use each tab and form. This suits blogging, story sharing, recipes, listings or any other custom content type.

Features

• Post types as profile tabs: Each post type can appear as its own tab on the member profile, so users can create and manage different kinds of content in separate, organized places.
• Full front-end post management: Members can create, edit, delete and save drafts of their posts entirely from the front end, without visiting the WordPress backend.
• Unlimited custom post forms: Build as many submission forms as you need from the dashboard. Drag and drop to add custom fields and reorder them, with no programming required.
• Flexible publishing workflows: Choose between publishing submissions directly or sending them for review. This gives you editorial control over what appears on your community site.
• Role-based access controls: Define which user roles can see and interact with specific post type tabs and submission forms, so each group gets the right experience.
• Custom email notifications: Send personalized email alerts to admins and users for form submissions, approvals and rejections, so everyone knows where a post stands.
• Status sub-tabs: Sub-tabs such as All posts, Create, Published, Drafts and Pending organize member content by status, and you can customize them to fit your community.
• Theme and plugin compatibility: Works with BuddyPress themes such as Kleo and Community Builder, the BuddyBoss platform, CPTUI for custom post types, and Advanced Custom Fields.

Best for

• BuddyPress communities that want member blogging
• BuddyBoss sites that need front-end content submission
