BuddyPress User Badges

Many BuddyPress communities have active members who get no visible recognition. This plugin gives administrators a way to create as many custom badges as they need and attach them to members. Badges can mark milestones, achievements, roles or special statuses, such as a "Best Athlete" or "Star Contributor" badge, so members can see who does what in the community.

Badges can be assigned by hand, or granted automatically to everyone in a WordPress role or BuddyPress member type. You choose where they appear, including member directories, group member listings and individual profiles. Shortcodes list users by badge, role or member type on any page. The plugin suits communities that want recognition to match their own identity.

Features

• Custom badge creation: Create badges with your own icons and assign them to members based on any criteria you choose, from milestones to special activities.
• Manual or automatic assignment: Give badges to individual users by hand, or set rules that assign them automatically based on WordPress roles or BuddyPress member types.
• Role and member type badges: Grant a badge to every user in a specific role or member type, so recognition stays consistent across each group.
• Drag and drop ordering: Sort badges by dragging them into place, which controls the order they appear in on profiles and listings.
• Flexible display locations: Show badges in member directories, group member listings and individual profiles, placed before or after the username.
• PNG, JPG and SVG icons: Upload badge icons in PNG, JPG or SVG format and adjust their look with CSS so they match your site's style.
• Shortcodes for badge lists: Display lists of users by badge, role or member type anywhere on your site, with options such as maximum users and display view.
• Switch badges on or off: Activate or deactivate badges at any time as your community changes, while historical data is kept.
