Overview
Sites that run several Gravity Forms often end up with entries scattered across separate lists. Checking each form one at a time takes effort, and comparing data between them is slow. GravityView – Multiple Forms joins the entries from different forms into one table, so related submissions sit side by side instead of in separate datasets.
The plugin works through the GravityView interface, so the table layout will feel familiar if you already build Views. You choose which fields to show from each form, then filter, sort and export the combined results. It suits business owners, developers and website managers who need reports and entry tracking across more than one form.
Features
- Combine forms in one table: Pull entries from different Gravity Forms into a single consolidated view, so you no longer switch between separate form datasets to see related submissions.
- Customizable data display: Adjust the table layout to show the fields you need from each form, which keeps the information on screen clear and relevant.
- Filtering and sorting: Filter and sort combined entries to find the records you want without sifting through unrelated data. Sorting on a joined form's fields is supported.
- Works with GravityView: Display and manage multiple form entries through the GravityView interface, using the same View-based approach you may already know.
- Joined fields in search: Fields from joined forms can be used in the Search Bar widget, including as facets, so visitors or staff can narrow combined results.
- CSV and Excel export: Export combined form data to CSV or Excel formats for outside analysis, reporting or record keeping.
- User role access controls: Decide who can view or edit combined form entries, so sensitive data stays available only to the people who should see it.
- Responsive tables: Combined data tables are built to work across devices, from desktops to smartphones, and settings need no coding to configure.
Best for
- Gravity Forms users who manage several forms
- Developers building reports from combined form entries
- Website managers who track submissions in one table
