Overview

Many teams run projects, enquiries and applications in Notion, while the forms that collect that information live on a WordPress site. The usual gap is a notification someone has to copy over by hand. This add-on closes that gap. A form entry is sent into a Notion database as a structured record, or it creates a page when the entry deserves its own document.

The connection to Notion uses OAuth, and you authorize your workspace from the WordPress admin rather than managing tokens yourself. You set up the integration for each form that should reach Notion, and other forms stay untouched. A contact form can fill a leads database, and an application form can create one page per applicant. Where your Notion permissions allow it, pages can also be created at workspace level.
