Overview
Teams that collect data with Gravity Forms often need a private place to work with it. GravityView – Dashboard Views moves your Views into the WordPress admin, so staff can review and manage entries where they already log in. You choose which View to show in the backend, and the plugin uses the forms and data structure you have already built.
Access stays in your hands. An internal-only mode keeps a View hidden from public visitors, and you can restrict each View by user role so only the right team members see it. Preset styles let you adjust the look so the dashboard matches your site's design. The result is a backend that can serve as a working hub for project tracking, support ticket management or sales pipelines.
Features
- Views in the admin dashboard: Display any GravityView directly in the WordPress backend with a single click, so entries can be managed from the same place your team already works.
- Internal-only mode: Keep selected Views hidden from the public so sensitive information stays within your team and is not exposed on the front end of the site.
- Restrict access by user role: Control who can see or interact with each View by user role, so only authorized team members reach certain data.
- Preset style options: Choose from preset styles to change the look of your dashboard Views and keep them consistent with your website's design and branding.
- Built for internal tools: Create project trackers, support queues, sales dashboards and similar internal tools in the backend without relying on external software.
- No-code interface: Add and manage Views in the dashboard through a simple, no-code interface that suits busy teams who do not want to write custom code.
- Works with GravityView and Gravity Forms: Uses your existing GravityView setup and Gravity Forms data structure, so your current forms and entries carry straight into the dashboard.
Best for

- Agencies setting up private client dashboards in WordPress admin
- Site owners who need role-based access to entries
