Overview
Offering a discount on a payment form usually means extra work if you have to handle the codes by hand. Gravity Forms Coupons keeps it inside the forms you already use. You create coupon codes, decide how each one reduces the price, and add a Coupon Field to any payment form that should accept them. Visitors enter a code and the form applies the discount.
Each coupon can be set up to match a specific promotion. Choose a flat amount or a percentage off, set start and end dates, and cap how many times a code can be redeemed. You can also decide whether coupons may be combined or limited to one per transaction. A coupon can apply to one payment form or to every payment form that contains the Coupon Field, which suits stores, service businesses and event registration pages alike.
Features
- Flat or percentage discounts: Set each coupon to take a fixed amount off the price or a percentage off, so you can match the discount to the promotion you are running.
- Start and expiration dates: Give a coupon a start date and an end date so the discount is only valid during the period you intend, such as a limited-time offer.
- Redemption limits: Limit how many times each coupon can be redeemed, which helps you control misuse and keep a campaign within the budget you planned.
- Stacking control: Choose whether several coupons can be combined on one transaction or whether only a single coupon is allowed, so discounts do not pile up unexpectedly.
- Universal or form-specific coupons: Create a coupon that works on all payment forms with the Coupon Field, or restrict it to particular forms for tighter control over where it applies.
- Coupon Field for payment forms: Add the Coupon Field to any payment form to accept codes. Setup stays straightforward for users who are not technical.
- Built into Gravity Forms: Coupon management sits within the Gravity Forms interface, so you add discount options without reworking the payment forms you already have.
- Apply button for coupon entry: The coupon Apply control is a button that shows the Gravity Forms spinner while a code is checked, and it handles dynamically populated lowercase codes.
