Paid Member Subscriptions Stripe Addon

Membership sites need a reliable way to collect payment, renew plans and handle changes without sending members elsewhere. This add-on brings Stripe checkout into your site, so members pay for one-time purchases or recurring plans right where they sign up. It also covers free trials and sign-up fees, which gives you room to shape how a plan begins.

Beyond cards, the add-on supports regional methods such as Bancontact, Giropay, iDeal and Sofort, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link by Stripe. Checkout follows PCI SAQ A standards and Strong Customer Authentication, and the add-on is GDPR compliant. New Stripe users can create and connect an account from inside the site setup, then manage everything alongside the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin.

Features

• Card payments on your site: Accept one-time and recurring credit and debit card payments directly on your website, so members complete checkout without leaving your pages.
• Regional payment methods: Offer Bancontact, Giropay, iDeal and Sofort alongside cards, which helps when your members are spread across different countries and prefer local ways to pay.
• Apple Pay and Google Pay: Let members pay with the digital wallets they already use on their phones and browsers, using Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.
• Link by Stripe: Enable Link by Stripe so returning customers can pay with one click instead of typing their card details again.
• Security and compliance: Checkout meets PCI SAQ A standards and supports Strong Customer Authentication for EU requirements. The add-on is also GDPR compliant for payment data.
• Free trials and sign-up fees: Set up membership plans that begin with a free trial or carry a sign-up fee, giving you flexible ways to bring new members in.
• Payment method updates: Members can update the payment method on an ongoing subscription, which helps keep their access to membership benefits uninterrupted.
• Refunds and easy Stripe setup: Refunds are processed automatically, and new Stripe users can create and connect an account during website setup without leaving the site.
