Paid Member Subscriptions Discount Codes Addon

Membership sites often want to run promotions, reward loyal members or welcome new sign-ups with a lower rate. This addon adds a panel where you create a discount code, choose a percentage or fixed amount, and pick the subscription plans it applies to. You can set a maximum number of total uses, a limit per user, and start and expiration dates, so each campaign stays within the terms you set.

The addon is built for sites already running the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin. Codes can be entered on registration forms, member account pages and subscription plan listings, or applied automatically through a URL parameter. A discount can cover the first payment or carry through future renewals, and you can limit a code to new users only. It works with Stripe, PayPal Standard, PayPal Pro and PayPal Express, and supports multiple currencies.

Features

• Percentage or fixed discounts: Create each discount code as either a percentage or a fixed amount, and choose which subscription plans it applies to from the Add New Discount Code panel.
• Usage limits and dates: Set a maximum number of total uses, a limit per user, and start and expiration dates so each promotion runs only as long as you intend.
• Recurring payment discounts: Apply a code to the initial subscription payment and to all future recurring payments, so the discount stays consistent through renewals.
• New users only option: Restrict a code to new users, which suits sign-up offers that should not change what existing members pay at renewal.
• Enable and disable codes: Switch a code on or off to start or pause a campaign without deleting it, which keeps your settings ready for the next promotion.
• Auto-apply through URL: Use URL parameters to apply a discount code automatically, which helps with targeted links in email campaigns and social media promotions.
• Payment gateways and currencies: Works with Stripe, PayPal Standard, PayPal Pro and PayPal Express, and supports multiple currencies for members in different regions.
• Searchable code lists: Review your codes in lists you can search, sort and filter, which makes it easier to keep track of active and past promotions.
