Newsletter - WP Users Integration

Keeping a mailing list in step with your registered users is tedious when you do it by hand. Newsletter – WP Users Integration handles that link for you. It reads your WordPress user profiles and adds new users to your Newsletter lists, so your subscriber records follow the people who actually sign up on your site.

Once users are in your lists, you can sort them by user role, behavior or membership level and send content that fits each group. The plugin works alongside several membership plugins, and the Newsletter plugin's visual composer, reporting and scheduling tools apply to your campaigns. It fits membership sites, online stores and content-heavy blogs.

Features

• Automatic user syncing: New WordPress users are added to your mailing lists automatically, so subscriber management follows your site's registrations without manual imports or copying addresses between systems.
• Membership plugin compatibility: It works with WP User Pro, MemberPress, Ultimate Member and Paid Membership Pro, among others, so members can be synced into your lists.
• Segmentation by role or level: Sort subscribers into targeted lists based on user roles, behaviors or membership levels, then send campaigns written for each group.
• Visual newsletter composer: Build newsletters with a drag-and-drop interface offering 25+ customizable blocks, including images, videos, WooCommerce products and HTML snippets, with real-time previews.
• Automated campaigns and autoresponders: Schedule automated newsletters and set up autoresponder series so your audience hears from you regularly without sending each message yourself.
• Form builder connections: Capture subscribers through Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Elementor and WP Forms, so sign-ups can come from any point on your site.
• Campaign reporting: Review campaign statistics such as opens, clicks and subscriber engagement to see how your emails perform and adjust your approach.
• Welcome emails and delivery options: Greet new subscribers with custom welcome messages, and send through services like Amazon SES, Mailgun and SendGrid to avoid server sending limits.
