Newsletter - Gravity Forms

Many site owners collect emails through forms and then have no easy way to turn those contacts into regular mailings. This plugin closes that gap. Subscription forms built with Gravity Forms and other form builders feed a subscriber list, and a drag-and-drop composer lets you write newsletters with images, videos, blog posts and WooCommerce products, with live previews as you work.

After sending begins, the plugin helps you keep the list in order. You can schedule daily, weekly or monthly newsletters, set up autoresponder series, and review open rates and click-through rates. It can also connect to SMTP providers such as Amazon SES, Mailgun and SendGrid, and it works with membership and store plugins, which suits bloggers, shops and small businesses.

Features

• Gravity Forms subscription forms: Place subscription forms anywhere on your site with Gravity Forms, and collect subscriber details that go straight into your newsletter list.
• Other form builder support: Sign-up forms can also come from Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms, Elementor or WP Forms, so you can keep the builder you already use.
• Drag and drop composer: Build newsletters from more than 25 content blocks, including images, gifs, videos, WooCommerce products and custom HTML snippets, and check them with live previews.
• Scheduled newsletters and autoresponders: Set newsletters to go out daily, weekly or monthly, and create autoresponder series that reach your audience without manual sending.
• Campaign tracking and reports: Follow open rates, click-through rates and subscriber behavior through detailed reports, so you can see how each campaign was received.
• Subscriber segmentation: Sort subscribers into targeted lists automatically, send a tailored welcome message, and reach out to people who have gone quiet to keep the list healthy.
• External mail delivery: Connect SMTP providers such as Amazon SES, Mailgun and SendGrid for dependable delivery, with bounce management to handle emails that fail to arrive.
• Membership and store integrations: Work with MemberPress, Ultimate Member, WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads, plus APIs and webhooks for connecting other applications or custom workflows.
