Newsletter - Sendgrid

Running a mailing list usually means juggling forms, lists, an email editor and a delivery service. This plugin brings those jobs into the WordPress dashboard. You collect subscribers with forms placed around your site, sort them into lists, and write newsletters in a visual composer that previews how each message looks on mobile and desktop.

Delivery can go through external mail services such as SendGrid, Amazon SES or Mailgun, which helps when your web host limits outgoing mail. You can schedule daily, weekly or monthly sends, set up autoresponder series, and read statistics on opens and clicks. It fits blogs, online stores and membership sites that want to keep email close to their content.

Features

• Drag-and-drop composer: Build newsletters from a library of more than 25 content blocks, such as media, WooCommerce products, blog posts and custom HTML, with live previews for mobile and desktop screens.
• Subscription forms anywhere: Place sign-up forms across your WordPress site, send customizable welcome emails to new subscribers, and sort them into lists automatically as they join.
• Scheduling and autoresponders: Plan newsletters to go out daily, weekly or monthly, and set up autoresponder series that send follow-up emails to subscribers without manual work.
• Subscriber list management: Organize contacts into targeted lists, move unresponsive subscribers elsewhere, and keep your mailing list tidy over time.
• Campaign analytics: Review opens, clicks and geolocation for each campaign, then retarget subscribers based on how they interacted with earlier emails.
• Form builder compatibility: Works with Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms, Elementor, Gravity Forms and WP Forms, so data from those forms can feed your lists.
• External mail delivery services: Connect to SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun, SMTP.com, Brevo, SparkPost, Mailjet and others to get around server sending limits.
