Newsletter - Ninja Forms Integration

Collecting email sign-ups through a form is easy. Getting those contacts into your mailing tool is where the manual work starts, with exports, imports and copy and paste. This extension removes that step. When a visitor submits a Ninja Forms form, the subscriber is synced to your Newsletter lists, so your list stays current without regular upkeep.

It pairs the drag-and-drop form builder in Ninja Forms with the email tools in the Newsletter plugin. You can place subscription forms wherever they fit on your site, then use Newsletter for its visual composer, autoresponders, scheduled sends and campaign reports. It suits anyone who already uses both plugins, or plans to, and wants one connected workflow.

Features

• Automatic subscriber sync: New subscribers from Ninja Forms are added to your Newsletter mailing lists automatically, so you do not need to import contacts by hand.
• Flexible form placement: Use the Ninja Forms drag-and-drop builder to put subscription forms anywhere on your WordPress site, in whatever layout suits each page.
• Visual newsletter composer: Build content-rich emails for your Ninja Forms subscribers with the visual email builder that comes with the Newsletter plugin.
• Autoresponders and scheduled sends: Set up autoresponders and scheduled newsletters for the subscribers you gather through Ninja Forms, so regular messages go out with little ongoing work.
• Subscriber segmentation: Ninja Forms subscribers can be sorted into targeted lists, which lets you send more tailored messages to different groups of readers.
• Campaign performance reports: Review stats on opens, clicks and subscriber behavior to see how each newsletter performed and adjust your email plans.
• Works with other plugins: The integration runs alongside tools such as WooCommerce, Contact Form 7 and Gravity Forms, so it fits into a wider WordPress setup.
• External delivery services: Connect to SMTP and email delivery services such as Amazon SES, Mailgun and SendGrid to help your newsletters reach inboxes.
