Newsletter - Autoresponder

Keeping in touch with subscribers by hand takes time. This plugin handles that work with automated campaigns. You set up a sequence of follow-up emails or a recurring daily, weekly or monthly newsletter, and it goes out on schedule. Signup forms can sit anywhere on your site, and new subscribers can receive a custom welcome email as soon as they join.

The plugin also covers the rest of the workflow. A drag and drop composer builds the emails, reports show opens, clicks and subscriber behavior, and subscribers can be sorted into targeted lists. It works with common form builders and can send through external SMTP services. That makes it a fit for bloggers, small businesses and marketers who want email marketing managed inside WordPress.

Features

• Customizable signup forms: Place subscription forms in different spots across your WordPress site so visitors can join your mailing list, with form options you can adjust to match your pages.
• Autoresponder sequences: Send follow-up emails automatically in a sequence, or schedule newsletters to repeat daily, weekly or monthly so your audience hears from you without manual sending.
• Drag and drop composer: Build emails from a large set of adjustable blocks, such as images, videos, blog posts, WooCommerce products and HTML snippets, and preview them across devices as you work.
• Campaign reports: Review detailed reports on opens, clicks and subscriber behavior to see how each campaign performed and decide what to adjust in the next one.
• Form builder connections: Connect with Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms, Elementor, Gravity Forms and WP Forms, so you can grow your lists using forms you already have.
• External SMTP sending: Send through providers such as Amazon SES, SendGrid and Mailgun to get around the sending limits some web servers place on email.
• List management and targeting: Sort subscribers into targeted lists, greet them with custom welcome emails and retarget recipients who have not responded to earlier messages.
• Developer customization options: Use custom HTML blocks, public archives, header removal and an API to adapt the plugin to your own email marketing setup.
