GamiPress - Birthdays

Many community sites reward activity but ignore personal moments. GamiPress – Birthdays adds one. You can grant 100 points on every user's birthday, or give a special achievement for a milestone such as an 18th birthday. Rewards can also be points or ranks, so the gift fits the way your site already recognizes people.

The add-on works with the GamiPress core plugin and reads birthdates from BuddyPress and BuddyBoss profile fields, so you do not need to collect the dates a second time. Background processing awards users even if they never log in on the day. Administrators decide how and when rewards are granted, which suits any gamified community.

Features

• Birthday points, achievements or ranks: Reward users on their birthday with points, achievements or ranks, so each person gets a recognition that matches the gamification setup already running on your site.
• Milestone birthday rewards: Tailor the reward to the age. Grant 100 points on every birthday, or award a dedicated achievement to celebrate a landmark such as an 18th birthday.
• BuddyPress profile field support: The add-on retrieves users' birthdates from BuddyPress profile fields, so birthday rewards use information members have already entered on their profiles.
• BuddyBoss profile field support: Sites running BuddyBoss can also pull birthdates from profile fields, which keeps birthday recognition accurate without asking members to enter dates twice.
• Background reward processing: Rewards are awarded in the background, so users receive their birthday gift even when they do not log in on the day itself.
• Customizable reward settings: Adjust the number of points or the type of achievement based on birthday milestones, giving you control over how generous each celebration is.
• Works with GamiPress core: The add-on is built to run alongside the GamiPress core plugin, so it extends the gamification you already use instead of adding a separate system.
• Administrator control: Flexible configuration options let administrators decide how and when birthday rewards are granted, so the behavior fits the rules of your own community.
