EventON - Virtual Plus

Running a virtual event takes more than a video link. Guests need to know when to join, organizers need to control who gets in, and materials need to reach people at the right time. This add-on brings those tasks into the EventON calendar, so the event page itself carries the live content, the sign-in step and the supporting files.

It works alongside EventON's RSVP and ticketing add-ons to require sign-in before guests see live content, and it lets moderators manage live video through Jitsi. Pre-event handouts can appear on a schedule, and post-event content can stay available for a period you choose. It suits webinars, workshops, virtual conferences and online meetings on an EventON-powered site.

Features

• Real-time event page updates: A heartbeat refresh updates virtual event information on the single event page automatically, so visitors see current content without reloading the page themselves.
• Jitsi moderator controls: Moderators can start, pause or end live video access for guests, which gives the organizer direct control over how the virtual event unfolds.
• Pre-event information sharing: Share downloadable handouts, video guides or other relevant materials with attendees before the event begins, so they arrive prepared.
• Scheduled pre-event visibility: Choose when pre-event materials become visible to attendees, which lets you time your communication instead of releasing everything at once.
• After-event content duration: Keep event content available once the event finishes and set how long the materials stay accessible to attendees.
• Guest sign-in with RSVP or tickets: Require attendees to sign in before they can reach live event content, using the RSVP and ticketing add-ons for controlled access and attendance tracking.
• ActionUser event manager: Monitor and manage attendee sign-ins through a single interface that shows how guests are engaging with the event as it happens.
• Countdown and review pairing: Combine it with the Countdown Timer add-on to show a countdown on event cards, and with the Reviewer Addon to ask attendees for feedback afterward.
