EventOn Bookings Add-on

Standard ticket sales do not always fit events that run in sessions. Workshops, classes, wellness sessions and guided tours often need attendees to choose a specific time, and organizers need to keep each session within its limit. This add-on connects to your existing EventON events and turns tickets into bookable time blocks, each with its own capacity and, if you want, its own price.

Blocks are managed from an admin interface that uses a lightbox and AJAX, so you can create, edit or delete them without leaving the screen. When a customer buys, the plugin checks the slot's availability in real time to prevent double booking. You can also review the attendees assigned to each block, which helps with check-in and reporting. It works alongside the QR Code Add-on and the Variations & Options Add-on.

• Auto block generator: Generate several booking slots at once by entering the block duration and cost, which cuts down repetitive setup when configuring an event.
• Alternative time slot view: Offer customers a time slot selection interface in addition to the calendar view, giving them another way to pick a booking.
