BookingPress - Migration Addon

Moving to a new booking plugin usually means re-entering a lot of data by hand. That takes time, and typing errors are easy to make. This addon handles the transfer for you. It reads the data from your current booking plugin and brings it into BookingPress, so your records do not have to be rebuilt from scratch.

It works with Amelia, Bookly, Booknetic and LatePoint. The import keeps the structure of your existing data, so customers, staff, services and locations arrive organized the way you had them. Your booking settings come across as well. It fits any site that already runs one of these plugins and wants to move to BookingPress.

Features

• Imports core booking data: Brings customers, staff members, services and locations from your existing booking plugin into BookingPress, so you do not have to move each record manually.
• Settings transfer: Carries over your booking configurations and preferences, helping the new setup behave the way your previous one did.
• Supports four source plugins: Works with data from Amelia, Bookly, Booknetic and LatePoint, which covers a range of existing appointment booking setups.
• Keeps data structure intact: Migrated information keeps its structure and accuracy, which helps prevent loss or corruption of records during the transfer.
• One-step import: The migration runs as a single import process, which makes it approachable for users without technical experience.
• Less disruption to bookings: The process is designed to limit downtime, so your booking system can keep serving customers while you move over.
• Built for BookingPress: Made specifically for BookingPress, so the imported data is ready to use inside it once the migration is done.

Best for

• Sites switching from Amelia, Bookly, Booknetic or LatePoint
• Business owners with many customers and services to move
• Non-technical users who want a guided one-step import
