BookingPress – Zoom Integration Addon

Online services such as yoga classes, cooking workshops, coaching sessions and business meetings often need a video link for every appointment. Creating those links by hand and emailing them to each client takes time and invites mistakes. This addon removes that step by generating a unique Zoom meeting link whenever a booking is confirmed.

The addon works inside BookingPress, so you manage everything from your WordPress dashboard. Customers book as they normally would, then receive their Zoom invite and join the meeting without extra steps. Email notifications carry the meeting details to both the customer and the service provider, which cuts down on confusion about where and when a session takes place.

Features

• Automatic Zoom meeting creation: A unique Zoom meeting link is generated for each confirmed booking, which saves manual scheduling work and helps prevent errors in meeting details.
• Works with BookingPress: The addon connects directly to the BookingPress appointment plugin, so setup and management stay within your WordPress dashboard.
• Supports many service types: Use it for online yoga classes, cooking sessions, business meetings and consultations, so you can offer your services to clients in different places.
• Dynamic email notifications: Zoom meeting details are sent automatically to customers and service providers, so everyone knows how to join the session.
• Simple booking experience: Clients book, receive a Zoom invite and join the meeting directly, with no additional steps between the booking and the call.
• Zoom security features: Sessions run on Zoom, so you can rely on its security features to keep online appointments safe and professional.
• Fits several BookingPress plans: The addon is available with the BookingPress Standard, Professional and Enterprise plans, so it suits a range of booking setups.
