LatePoint Addon - Payments Woocommerce

Service businesses that take appointments often need more than one way to get paid. This add-on connects LatePoint bookings to WooCommerce, so a customer who books an appointment can pay with whatever gateways your WooCommerce store already supports. Cash on delivery and invoice payments are covered too, which helps when clients prefer to settle up in a more traditional way.

The booking and payment steps happen in one flow. When an order is placed, LatePoint creates the matching transaction automatically, which keeps your records tidy without manual entry. Payment amounts follow your WooCommerce settings, including partial payments, deposits and full payments. It fits sites that already run WooCommerce, or owners who want to use its payment tools for scheduling.

Features

• Any WooCommerce gateway: Customers can pay for a booking using any payment gateway that WooCommerce supports, so you can reuse the checkout options already set up on your store.
• Cash on delivery: Offer cash on delivery for appointments when clients would rather pay in person than online at the time of booking.
• Invoice payments: Invoice payments are supported, which suits professional services where clients are billed after booking rather than paying by card up front.
• Automatic transaction creation: A transaction is generated automatically whenever an order is placed, so each booking has a matching payment record without extra data entry.
• Partial payments and deposits: Take partial payments, deposits or full payment for a booking, depending on how your WooCommerce settings are configured.
• One place to book and pay: Customers complete the booking and the payment in a single process, with appointment scheduling and payment management kept together.
• Fits your WooCommerce setup: The add-on adapts to your existing WooCommerce configuration, so the payment experience stays consistent with the branding you already use.

Best for
