Newsletter - Formidable Forms

Many sites already collect names and email addresses through Formidable Forms, but that data does not reach a mailing list on its own. This addon connects any Formidable form to your newsletter system, so new subscribers are added as people submit. You can map form fields to subscriber fields, which keeps the details you collect available for personalized messages.

Once subscribers arrive, you can manage them from the same place. The addon covers consent checkboxes for GDPR, welcome emails, subscriber profiles, reports and multilingual setups with WPML. It fits blogs, business sites and any online platform that wants a contact form to double as a signup form.

Features

• Link any Formidable form: Connect a Formidable form to your newsletter subscription system so submissions pass along as new subscribers, with subscriber data filled in as people sign up.
• Custom field mapping: Map form fields to subscriber data fields so the information you collect is captured accurately and can be used for more personal communication.
• Subscription consent options: Add customizable consent checkboxes to support GDPR, along with built-in templates and configurable subscription messages for your signup process.
• Multilingual support: Works with WPML and other multilanguage plugins, so subscriber data follows each person's language preference and messages can be targeted by language.
• Welcome email composer: Create branded welcome emails that greet new subscribers, and track how those emails perform through detailed reports.
• Subscriber management tools: View, edit and manage subscriber profiles, offer easy unsubscription, and check subscription statistics. Import and export tools help you migrate or back up lists.
• Automation and autoresponders: Set up automated email series and autoresponders to welcome new subscribers and keep them engaged without sending each message by hand.
• Spam filtering and form styling: Built-in spam subscription filters help keep your list clean, and you can style the forms inside the plugin to match your site's branding.
