EventOn Event Seats Add-on

Events with assigned seating need more than a ticket counter. Guests want to see where they will sit, and organizers need to avoid double bookings. This add-on works with EventON Tickets and WooCommerce, so visitors pick seats on a map and buy them straight from the event page. It suits theater performances, conferences, banquets, seminars and trade shows.

Organizers build the seat map in an admin editor with drag-and-drop controls. You can upload your own venue layout as a background, create as many seat sections as you need, and set prices for single seats or whole areas. Seats can be reserved for VIP guests or marked handicap accessible. A cart timeout releases seats when a buyer leaves checkout, and zoom and pan controls keep the map usable on phones and desktops.

• Seat map import and export: Download seat map JSON data to make bulk changes or reuse a layout across multiple events. Existing events can also be duplicated with their seat maps.
• Round tables and section controls: Support for round table seating, section positioning fields, size inputs for areas of interest and a side panel for seat edit options give finer control over layouts.
