Standard WooCommerce order handling often leaves payments and approvals to manual work. This extension creates a Gravity Forms entry every time an order is placed, so Gravity Flow can start a customized workflow from that entry. Teams can then move an order from payment through fulfillment with fewer manual steps and clearer communication between the people involved.

The extension adds five workflow steps built for eCommerce: payment submission, refunds, payment capture and cancellation, plus a checkout step. Customers can pay at different points in the order lifecycle, and store managers can capture or refund payments inside the workflow.
