EventOn Ticket Variations & Options

Events rarely sell just one kind of ticket. You may have general admission and a premium tier, or a base ticket with optional extras such as meals or VIP experiences. This addon lets you build those variations and price options on the event itself, so attendees choose what they need while you keep the ticket setup in one place.

It connects with WooCommerce, so variation and option selections carry into the cart. Each variation can be sold together with the others or as a separate ticket. You can limit selected variations to logged-in users, mark a single variation as sold out, and filter attendees by the variation they bought. It also works with the EventON Seats and Bookings addons.

Features

• Unlimited ticket variations: Create as many ticket variations and price tiers as an event needs, so attendees can put together the ticket that fits them.
• Two types of price options: Offer individual options or multiple selectable options, and set quantity limits to match different kinds of events.
• WooCommerce cart integration: Variation and option selections pass into the WooCommerce cart, so the checkout follows the same ecommerce flow you already use.
• Sell variations separately: Choose to sell each ticket variation as its own ticket, which keeps inventory for each one clear and separate.
• Logged-in user restrictions: Limit the purchase of selected variations to registered users, which suits events with members-only or restricted ticket types.
• Per-variation sold-out controls: Mark a single variation as sold out to stop sales of that ticket while the other ticket options stay available.
• Add-on price options: Attach price options to tickets for extra services or upgrades, such as meals or VIP experiences, so attendees add only what they want.
• Attendee filtering and sales data: Filter attendees by the variation they purchased, and review sales by variation and price option within EventON's analytics.
