Overview
Many routine tasks start with a form: a job application, a leave request, an invoice or an onboarding checklist. Someone then has to pass each submission along, chase a decision and record the outcome. The plugin takes over that routing. It builds on Gravity Forms entries and moves each one through a workflow you design, with no custom coding needed.
You assemble workflows from more than 40 action steps, including approvals, rejections, reverts and assignments. Conditional logic sends entries down different paths based on what a user entered, and a Choice Routing step can branch on a select or radio field. Data stays on your own server, which helps with privacy requirements. It suits organizations of any size, since it supports unlimited users and workflows.
Features
- Built for Gravity Forms: The plugin works with Gravity Forms, so you can turn forms for onboarding, hiring, invoices or payments into managed workflows without rebuilding them elsewhere.
- Custom workflow builder: Design multi-step workflows from more than 40 action steps, such as approvals, rejections, reverts and assignments, and match them to your own business process.
- Conditional logic routing: Send form submissions down different paths based on user input and business rules, so each request follows the correct route automatically.
- Choice Routing step: Route a workflow to different next steps depending on the value of a selected select or radio field in the form.
- Notifications and reminders: Automatic email notifications and reminders go out at each stage of a workflow, keeping the people involved informed about what needs their attention.
- Reporting on workflow activity: Reports show how workflows are performing, which helps you spot bottlenecks and adjust your processes over time.
- Data kept on your server: All information stays on your own server, and you can add delete data steps to workflows to support privacy management.
- Send data to other apps: Pass form submissions and workflow data on to other work applications from within your WordPress environment, including through an Outgoing Webhook step.
Best for
- Teams already collecting requests with Gravity Forms
- Businesses handling approvals, hiring or invoice processing
- Organizations needing workflow data kept on their own server
