Overview

Many sites collect subscribers with several separate plugins, one for popups, another for inline forms, and so on. Those tools can conflict with each other and are hard to manage together. Thrive Leads puts every opt-in form type into a single plugin, so you design, place and track your forms from one dashboard.

You build each form in a drag-and-drop editor, starting from a pre-designed template if you like. Targeting options let you match offers to categories, tags or posts, and triggers such as scroll, click or a timed delay decide when a form appears. A/B testing and reporting show which designs and headlines bring in more sign-ups, so you can adjust with evidence.

Features

  • Many opt-in form types: Create popups, sticky ribbons, inline forms, slide-ins and widgets from one plugin, which means fewer tools on your site and fewer chances of conflicts.
  • Drag-and-drop editor: Design opt-in forms visually without writing code, and adjust each one so it matches your brand and style.
  • Targeting and triggers: Show offers based on categories, tags, posts or visitor behavior, and set triggers such as scroll, click or timed delays to control when a form appears.
  • Built-in A/B testing: Test different form designs, headlines and calls to action against each other to see which combination collects the most sign-ups.
  • SmartLinks and SmartExit: Show different forms to different visitors or hide offers from people who already subscribed, which avoids repeating the same request.
  • Content locking: Gate selected content so visitors see the incentive only after they opt in, tying access to a sign-up.
  • Reporting and analytics: Review form performance, conversion rates and traffic sources to see what works and refine your lead generation approach.
  • Templates and mobile layouts: Start from pre-designed templates, and rely on forms that adapt to different devices and screen sizes, including phones.

Best for

  • Bloggers building an email subscriber list
  • Business owners who want several form types in one plugin
  • Marketers who run A/B tests on opt-in offers

Changelog

Version 11.3

  • Security Security Improvements: This release includes security and stability improvements to keep your site protected. We recommend updating as soon as possible.
  • Improved Live Content Unlock: After a visitor fills in a Content Lock opt-in, the locked content appears right away, with no page reload.
  • Improved Post Footer and After-Paragraph Forms Together: A lead group can run one In-Content form after paragraphs and one in the post footer at the same time again, as before 11.0.
  • Improved ThriveBox Tools Restored: Duplicate is back for Lead Groups, Shortcodes and ThriveBoxes, Save Template and Saved Templates are back for Shortcode and ThriveBox forms, and the Thrive Leads element on ThriveBoxes can be resized again.
  • Improved Active Lead Groups First: The default “Latest” sort puts active lead groups at the top, newest first, and the Dashboard and My Forms use the same order.
  • Improved Accurate Form and Test Counts: Lead group form counts, A/B test counts under the group name, and tab counts now match the forms you see when you expand them.
  • Improved Correct Active Labels on Shortcodes: A shortcode shows only the form visitors actually see as Active. What visitors see is unchanged.
  • Improved One A/B Test at a Time: While an A/B test runs on a Shortcode or ThriveBox, the Active forms tab is hidden, so a second test can’t be started by mistake.
  • Improved Pagination: Lists paginate only once they have more than 10 items.
  • Improved Form Types Guide: “Learn what each form does” on the Templates page opens the form types guide in a window, as on the onboarding screen.
  • Improved A/B Test View Polish: The A/B test view gives form names more room and shows each form’s type, and Lead Group Priorities shows “Test running” for forms in a test.
  • Improved Saved Templates Button: The Saved Templates button is disabled when you haven’t saved any templates yet.
  • Improved New Lead Group Name: The “Create new lead group” window starts with an empty name field, like Shortcodes and ThriveBoxes.
  • Improved Translation Files: Thrive Leads and Theme Builder now ship translation templates, and Thrive Comments ships a complete one, so translators can work on them.
