MEC Square Payment

Event sites need a clear way to collect money when someone books a ticket. Modern Events Calendar already supports Stripe and PayPal, and this addon adds Square to that list. Organizers who already run their payments through Square can keep using it, and attendees get one more way to pay without leaving the booking flow.

Setup happens in the settings panel, where you connect your Square account by entering your credentials. Once connected, Square works inside the MEC cart and booking sections. Customers can pay with major credit and debit cards from a desktop or a phone, and the payment details sent to Square carry event information, which helps when you review transactions later.
