Overview

Running virtual events often means switching between a calendar plugin and a video platform. This add-on joins the two. Zoom meetings and webinars can be imported into Modern Events Calendar, kept in sync, and displayed in your event listings with their join links and details such as host, agenda, timezones and meeting capacity.

You decide who sees what. Meeting links and details can be limited to registered users, and Zoom access information can go out by email automatically. Sessions can also be embedded on event pages. Both recurring and one-time meetings are covered, and the add-on works with Modern Events Calendar booking for events that mix online and in-person attendance.
