Gravity Perks QR Code

Many forms collect information that people later need to use in person, such as an event ticket or a coupon code. Gravity Perks QR Code connects the two. When someone submits a form, the plugin can generate a QR code from any field value or merge tag, so the entry becomes something a visitor can show and someone else can scan.

The plugin also works in the other direction. A device camera can scan a QR code and place the captured data into a Gravity Forms field. QR codes can appear in confirmations, notifications, PDFs and anywhere merge tags or shortcodes are supported, and the plugin works with Gravity PDF, GravityView and Entry Blocks.
