Gravity Perks Randomizer addresses this inside Gravity Forms by changing the order of choices or entire fields for each visitor. Once a visitor starts a form, the randomized order stays the same through the whole session. This holds on multi-page forms and when a validation error sends someone back to a page, so the form does not shift under them. It also works with caching and with Populate Anything, so forms that serve cached pages or pull choices dynamically can still be randomized. Re-takable quizzes and daily checklists are natural fits.
