WS Form PRO - Google Drive

Collecting documents, images or other files through a website form usually means the files sit on your server until someone moves them. This add-on removes that step. Files submitted through a form are sent to your Google Drive account, where they are stored in the cloud and can be opened from any device.

Once you connect your Drive account and configure the settings, uploads follow the rules you choose. You can sort files into specific folders based on form data or user input, and a single submission can include several files. The add-on works alongside the other WS Form PRO form features, so your existing forms keep working as they are. It suits businesses, educators and organizations that gather files through their sites.

Features

• Automatic uploads to Google Drive: Files submitted through a WS Form PRO form are transferred to your Google Drive account automatically, so nobody has to move them by hand.
• Custom folder mapping: Organize uploads into designated Drive folders based on form inputs or predefined rules, which keeps incoming files sorted as they arrive.
• Multiple files per submission: Handle forms that ask for more than one file. Each submission can carry several uploads, which suits forms with more complex requirements.
• Secure file handling: Files are transmitted and stored securely, which matters when the documents people send you are sensitive or important.
• Simple connection and setup: The add-on integrates with WS Form PRO, so you can connect your Google Drive account and configure the settings without technical work.
• Direct access in Google Drive: Open uploaded files straight from your Drive account at any time, which makes reviewing submissions and sharing them with a team easier.
• Works with WS Form PRO features: The add-on runs alongside the advanced form features of WS Form PRO and keeps your form's existing functionality and flexibility intact.
• Less manual administration: Automating file uploads cuts down on repetitive admin and lowers the risk of misplaced files, leaving your team more time for other work.
