WS Form PRO - Groundhogg

You set it up inside the WS Form PRO interface by mapping form fields to Groundhogg contact fields. From there, submissions can add contacts to funnels, tags, sequences or campaigns and start automation workflows. It fits lead capture forms, event registrations and customer feedback surveys, and it works with WP Multisite and multilingual sites.
