BookingPress – ECPay Payment Gateway Addon

Appointment sites often lose clients at the payment step when the checkout does not offer a method people know and trust. This addon connects ECPay to BookingPress, so customers can pay for a booking using a provider widely recognized in Taiwan and parts of China. It supports domestic and international credit cards, including VISA and MasterCard.

The addon works inside your existing BookingPress setup, so your appointment booking workflow stays the same. ECPay adds encryption and fraud detection to protect each payment, and it covers both online and offline transaction needs. It fits businesses that serve clients in Taiwan or China, or that want a wider range of payment choices on their booking forms.

Features

• Built for BookingPress: The addon plugs into the BookingPress appointment booking plugin and adds ECPay processing without disrupting the booking workflow you already have in place.
• ECPay payment processing: Clients can pay for appointments through ECPay, a payment service provider widely recognized in Taiwan and parts of China, directly from your WordPress booking site.
• Domestic and international cards: Accept credit card payments from domestic and international cards, including VISA and MasterCard, so clients from different regions can complete their bookings.
• Encryption and fraud detection: ECPay applies encryption and fraud detection technologies to payments, which helps keep each transaction safe and confidential for your clients.
• Online and offline options: The gateway covers both online and offline transaction needs, giving you flexibility if your business model serves clients who prefer different ways to pay.
• Simple checkout for clients: ECPay is added to the booking checkout, giving customers a straightforward way to pay and reducing friction at the final step of a booking.
• Suited to Taiwan and China: Because ECPay is a familiar choice in these regions, the addon suits businesses that target customers in Taiwan and parts of China.
