BookingPress – Recurring Appointments Addon

Businesses like salons, fitness classes and therapy practices often see the same clients again and again. Without a recurring option, each visit needs its own booking, which takes time for the client and for you. This addon lets a client pick a start date, a time slot, how often the session repeats and how many sessions they want, all in one booking.

It works with your existing BookingPress setup and can apply to any or all of your services. Clients can pay for every session in one transaction, and they can change dates and times for future sessions later. On the backend, you get a clear interface to view, manage and update all recurring appointments.

Features

• Works with any service: Clients can pre-schedule recurring appointments for any or all of the services you offer, so repeat booking is not limited to a single appointment type.
• Four recurring frequencies: Clients choose daily, weekly, bi-weekly or monthly intervals, which lets them shape a schedule around their own routine and the kind of service they book.
• Upfront payment for all sessions: A client can pay for the whole series of recurring sessions in a single transaction during booking, instead of paying again for each visit.
• Custom dates and times: Clients pick the start date and a specific time slot, and they define the total number of sessions they want when they book.
• Automatic alternative suggestions: If the chosen time slot is already taken, the addon suggests other available slots so the client can finish booking without conflicts.
• Changes to future sessions: Clients can modify the preferred dates and time slots of upcoming sessions in a recurring series, which helps cut down on cancellations.
• Backend management for owners: Site owners get a user-friendly interface to view, manage and update all recurring appointments, and to track pre-booked sessions across every service.
• Summary page: A central summary page shows the relevant details of recurring appointments in one clear view, available to both clients and administrators.
