Newsletter - Forminator

Collecting subscribers from forms often means copying data by hand or fixing broken connections. Newsletter – Forminator removes that step. You link a Forminator form that has an email field, map its fields to your subscriber profiles, and new entries flow into your list. It suits blogs, online stores and other business sites that already use Forminator for contact or signup forms.

Beyond the basic link, you can write a custom welcome email for each subscription form with the built-in composer. Consent checkboxes and custom labels help with GDPR requirements, and WPML support records each subscriber's language. Developers get API access, webhooks, filters and actions for custom workflows, while autoresponders and spam controls help with day-to-day list management.

Features

• Link any Forminator form: Connect a Forminator contact or subscription form to your newsletter system, as long as it contains an email field, so submissions are captured as subscribers.
• Flexible field mapping: Map form fields to subscriber profiles, including the required email address and an optional consent checkbox, so the right data lands in the right place.
• Custom welcome emails: Design a personalized welcome email for each subscription form using the built-in composer, so new subscribers receive a message that fits the form they used.
• WPML multilingual support: Works with WPML so subscriber profiles record the user's language, which allows language filtering and localized communication.
• GDPR consent options: Add consent checkboxes and customize their labels to help your forms meet privacy requirements and respect subscribers' data rights.
• Subscriber management: View detailed subscriber profiles, handle unsubscriptions and monitor subscription statistics to keep track of how your list is doing.
• Autoresponders and automation: Set up autoresponder series and automate newsletter generation to keep communication with your audience consistent without repeating manual work.
• Spam control and developer tools: Built-in features manage spam subscriptions, while API access, webhooks, filters and actions allow custom coding and advanced integrations.
