Paid Member Subscriptions Email Reminders

A membership site depends on staying in touch. Members forget when a plan ends, people start a signup and leave, and others stop logging in. This plugin handles those moments with reminder emails that go out on their own, based on what each member has or has not done on your site.

You can create as many reminder emails as you need and attach each one to a trigger: subscription activation, subscription expiry, last login or signup abandonment. Email tags fill in member details so each message reads as personal. Reminders can go out instantly or after a delay, and both members and administrators can receive them.

Features

• Multiple email reminders: Create several reminder emails, each written for a different member event, so the message a person receives matches where they are with your site.
• Activity-based triggers: Reminders start automatically from subscription activation, subscription expiry, last login or signup abandonment, with no manual sending required.
• Flexible scheduling: Send a reminder right away or set a delay, so you can time each email to fit the event it relates to.
• Email tags for personalization: Use email tags that work with your membership platform to insert member details, making each reminder relevant to the person reading it.
• User and admin notifications: Keep members informed with their own reminders, and let site administrators receive updates on important membership events too.
• Abandoned signup reminders: Send a follow-up to people who began registering but did not finish, encouraging them to come back and complete it.
• Renewal and expiry notices: Email members before a subscription renews or expires, so they know what is coming and can act in time.
• Last login reminders: Reach out to members who have not logged in for a while and invite them back to your premium content.

Best for
