EventOn Lists and Items Add-on

Event calendars get crowded fast. When every event sits in one long feed, visitors have to hunt for what interests them. This add-on groups your events into lists built from event types, locations or organizers. Clicking a category slides in the related events without a page reload, so people can explore quickly and keep their place on the page.

You decide how each list looks and what it contains. Show upcoming or past events, switch to a tile layout, and choose whether category descriptions appear. Empty terms can be shown or hidden. Shortcodes place a full list or a single category item on any page. It works with the main EventON plugin, and it pairs with add-ons such as Speakers & Schedule and Event Slider.

Features

• Dynamic category lists: Organize events by event type, location or organizer so visitors can move through your calendar by the category that matters to them.
• Slide-in event displays: Clicking a category slides in all of its related events, so visitors can explore without a page reload.
• Multiple category lists: Create and display more than one event taxonomy list on your site, giving you different ways to present the same event data.
• Tile list view: Switch a list to a tile layout when you want a bolder presentation than the standard list view.
• Upcoming or past filtering: Choose whether each list item shows upcoming events or past events, so the content fits what your audience wants to see.
• Item description control: Show or hide the description for each category term, depending on whether you want a cleaner display or more detail.
• Show or hide empty terms: Decide whether categories with no events appear, which keeps your lists free of dead ends.
• Shortcode placement: Add a category list or a single category item to a page with a simple shortcode, with no coding needed.
