Gravity Flow - Folders Extension

Workflows that run many projects, departments or form types tend to pile up entries. Gravity Flow – Folders Extension gives administrators a way to sort those entries into customizable folders so each group is easy to find and manage. Folders can follow any logic you choose, such as a project, a team or a stream of work.

Access is tied to the folder. Anyone granted permission to a folder can see every entry inside it, including people who are neither administrators nor the original form submitters. A front-end shortcode displays folders and their entries, and filters by form and field values help reviewers narrow a long list to the entries they need.
