Ultimate Member - Friends

Community sites often have members who share a space but have no way to connect with each other. Ultimate Member – Friends gives them one. Members send a friend request from a profile or a member directory card, and the other person can accept or reject it. Each profile can show follower and following statistics, so members can see their social connections at a glance.

The plugin also ties into other Ultimate Member extensions. Notifications can alert users on the site when a friend request arrives or is accepted, and email messages do the same. Private Messages can be limited to friends, and the Social Activity feed can show only friends' activity. Members can also restrict their profile to friends only, which suits membership sites, forums and social networks that want closer, more private interaction.
