EventOn RSVP Events Add-on

Many events need a headcount, not a payment system. This add-on lets visitors RSVP right inside your existing EventCard layout, using AJAX so the content updates without a page reload. Guests give their name, email and the number of spaces they want, and you can add custom fields to the form when you need more detail. Forms can open in a lightbox or appear inline, and a captcha helps keep spam out.

Once RSVPs arrive, the admin side keeps them organized. You can see quick RSVP stats, check attendees in, set capacity limits for each event occurrence, and email confirmed guests, non-attending users or all registrants. It works for single events and for repeat events such as recurring classes or workshops. Guests can also view or change their own RSVP from a front-end manager, which reduces back-and-forth with organizers.
