EventOn QR Code Add-on

Checking in guests by name on a printed list is slow, and lines build up quickly. This add-on gives every ticket or RSVP confirmation its own QR code. Staff scan the code and see the ticket holder name, event type, ticket quantity and seat or booking options on screen, which makes verification clear and keeps attendance records tidy.

It works with the EventON Tickets and RSVP add-ons, so validation and attendance tracking follow the orders you already manage. You can scan with a mobile camera, a scanner gun or the HTML5 web-based scanner, which is in beta. Any webpage can become a check-in station with a shortcode, and access can be limited to chosen staff roles.
